Manager quick start

Review Edmissa activity, workload, progress, and follow-up quality.

Use this guide if you oversee counselors, admissions work, operations, or workspace performance.

What to check first

Start with the work that can block students or hide delays:

  1. Overdue tasks and follow-ups.
  2. Applications that have not moved recently.
  3. New or unassigned Leads.
  4. Pending, rejected, or expired documents.
  5. Workload by owner, location, or team.

Weekly review

Use reports to find patterns, not just individual items.

  • Compare Lead volume and source quality.
  • Review application progress by stage, owner, location, or outcome where available.
  • Look for repeated overdue tasks by team, stage, or type of work.
  • Check whether documents are being uploaded and reviewed at the right time.
  • Confirm that workload is balanced before reassigning work.
  • Note any workflow issue that should be fixed in Configure Edmissa.

Good oversight habits

  • Start with overdue work before reviewing lower-risk activity.
  • Speak with the owner before changing assignment, priority, or stage.
  • Use reports to find process gaps that need configuration changes.
  • Keep roles, supervisors, and locations accurate so reports stay useful.
  • Link recurring problems back to Configure Edmissa instead of solving the same issue one item at a time.
