Time
Use Time when users only need to enter a time of day.
Time stores a time without a date. Use it when the date is already known from another field or does not matter.

Use Date & Time when users need to store both the date and time.
Validation
Time does not have additional validation rules in the field wizard. The value must be a valid time.
