Checkbox stores a true or false value. Use it when the field asks whether something applies.

Use It For

Configure

Checkbox supports the standard label, help text, group, and required settings.

Use Radio Buttons instead when users need to choose between labeled choices that are more specific than yes or no.

Validation

Checkbox does not have additional validation rules.

Be careful with Required Field on a Checkbox. Required usually means users must turn it on, which is only appropriate for confirmations such as Consent Received.
